Peacock Design Solutions is a digital agency providing professional services including, but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development
• Web Application Development
• Mobile App Development
• UI/UX Design
• E-commerce Solutions
• Illustration Services
• Branding & Graphic Design
• Domain Registration & Web Hosting
• Website Maintenance
• Digital Marketing Services

By using our website, requesting a quotation, purchasing any service, or communicating with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
• Additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
• Prices may change without prior notice for future projects.

Project requirements will be confirmed through an approved quotation, proposal, email communication, or signed agreement.

Any work outside the approved scope will be considered additional work and billed separately.

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, images, logos, and information.
• Ensure supplied materials do not infringe any copyright or trademark.
• Review project deliverables promptly.
• Provide approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
• Supply accurate contact information.

Project delays caused by missing content or delayed approvals may affect delivery schedules.

• Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins.
• Remaining payments are due according to the agreed milestones.
• Final project files, source code, or website migration may be released after full payment is received.
• Late payments may delay project completion.

Reasonable revisions included in the quotation will be completed at no additional charge.

Requests beyond the agreed revision limit or changes to the original requirements will be treated as additional work.

Upon receipt of full payment:

• The client owns the final approved project deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
• Peacock Design Solutions retains ownership of internal tools, reusable code libraries, templates, development frameworks, and methodologies.
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Projects may include or integrate third-party products or services, including:

• Domain Registrars
• Web Hosting Providers
• Payment Gateways
• APIs
• Plugins
• Fonts
• Stock Images
• Maps
• Cloud Services

Peacock Design Solutions is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, licensing changes, or policies of third-party providers.

If hosting is provided by Peacock Design Solutions:

• Hosting fees must be renewed before expiry.
• Failure to renew may result in website suspension or data loss.
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by data centers, internet providers, or third-party infrastructure.

Maintenance services are provided only if included in your package or purchased separately.

Support does not include:

• New feature development
• Major redesigns
• Third-party software issues
• Client-caused errors
• Malware introduced through unauthorized access

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but depend on:

• Timely client feedback
• Availability of required content
• Third-party approvals
• Technical complexity

Delivery dates may change if these factors are delayed.

Due to the customized nature of digital services:

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Completed work and delivered services are not eligible for refunds.

Peacock Design Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Security incidents caused by third-party software or hosting providers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project unless disclosure is required by law.

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities
• Copyright infringement
• Distribution of malware
• Fraudulent activities
• Spam
• Offensive or unlawful content

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services that violate applicable laws or these Terms.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Peacock Design Solutions may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
